Congratulations to Western Australian, Brittany-Leigh Wragg, and her employer, Programmed Training Services, for their win in the 2022 Australian Trainee of the Year award.
Brittany undertook a traineeship Certificate III in Defence Industry Pathways program. She is one of some 120 students in Western Australia to receive training through this program. She credits her ability to succeed in her chosen career, to the training, support and pastoral care she received from Programmed Training Services, her host employer, and the team at South Metropolitan TAFE.
Brittany has now embarked on an Engineering Tradesperson Mechanical apprenticeship with Hoffman Engineering Pty Ltd. Brittany you are a stellar student and a champion for other young women working in non-traditional trades. We wish you all the very best for the future.
